Local Employer Networks

These networks provide an informal, relaxed setting in which to meet colleagues from other employers to discuss issues of common concern. The agenda is set by the group and generally focus on topics connected to recruiting and retaining staff who experience mental ill health. Based on geographical/county areas, any employer is welcome to attend.

Wellness Works Employer Forum         
Wellness Works Employers’ Forum will be a group of employers from public, private and voluntary sector organisations across Worcestershire who will meet regularly to share learning and experiences about all aspects of health and well-being in the workplace. This interactive self-assessment and training resource is now available on-line at www.howsyourbusinessfeeling.org.uk It helps managers and organisations to create a mentally healthy workplace that is inclusive and supportive of people with experience of mental health problems.
