Remploy - Workplace Mental Health Support Service

Run in partnership with Access to Work this service is 100% funded by Government and designed to address workplace barriers relating to mental ill health,in order to help people retain their job.

The Clear Company

Clear offers a range of services including ClearKit which combines the experience of thought leaders and employer case studies with relevant and helpful tips and ‘must do’ check lists which help dispel the myths that prevent many employers from giving people with health issues an opportunity to join their teams. Clear also helps organisations become ClearAssured to state their commitment to identifying and removing barriers. ClearAssured complements the MINDFUL EMPLOYER Charter for Employers who are Positive About Mental Health.

Mental Health Teams are located across the UK and comprise Community Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and other specialist staff - listed under NHS in The ‘Phone Book or contactable through GP surgeries. There are also Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) teams across the UK and many of these have Employment Support Coordinators available.

Overseen by the UK Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), EAPs are applicable to any size of business but are more commonly associated with large employers (250 employees and above).

Provides advice, information and support for employers and employees and mental health awareness training.

Rightsteps Wellbeing

Rightsteps Wellbeing reduces the risk and duration of absence amongst employees suffering from stress, depression & anxiety.  It provides evidence-based, work focused interventions which are fast, cost-effective and meet the needs of both employer and employee.

Robertson Cooper

Specialises in helping businesses to achieve bottom-line improvements by instilling a sense of purpose and well-being in their workforces. Includes ASSET - an on-line well-being survey tool which enables organisations to look at the aspects of the workplace that determine business level outcomes such as productivity, customer satisfaction, staff retention and sickness absence.
