The Charter signatories shown above
represent over 1¼ million employees.
To date, over 300
signatories have completed their
first
review
of their commitment to the Charter (which takes place two years
after signing) and over 50 are currently undertaking it. Nineteen employers
have completed their second, 5 year, review with 16 undertaking it.
Since MINDFUL EMPLOYER began in October 2004, a number of
signatories have since either ceased operating, merged with another
organisation or withdrawn for a variety of reasons and some employers
have had their Charter revoked due to not completing the review
process or not paying the administration fee - these are not shown
above.
Several other employers are actively considering making
this important demonstration of their commitment to their employees.
