Hosted by HSE, this group is for people to discuss approaches to tackling stress in the workplace, and to provide feedback on HSE's developing approach.

Working in partnership with Dept for Work & Pensions, Clear offers a range of services including ClearKit which combines the experience of thought leaders and employer case studies with relevant and helpful tips and ‘must do’ check lists which help dispel the myths that prevent many employers from giving people with health issues an opportunity to join their teams. Clear also helps organisations become ClearAssured to state their commitment to identifying and removing barriers from recruitment policy, process and practice which have the potential to exclude disabled people. Run by disabled people who offer consultancy, training and advice to organizations who want to improve their performance on all disability issues Offering a range of services to look at disability discrimination legislation and government guidance, and improve employment, service delivery or other practices.

Employmend
Employmend offer consultancy and service provision for employers in relation to health management including their  Absencia programme.

Employment Assistance Programmes (EAPs)
Overseen by the UK Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA), EAPs are applicable to any size of business but are more commonly associated with large employers (250 employees and above). Options for small and medium size businesses (up to 250 employees) include private practice counsellors who specialise in the provision of workplace counselling listed in a directory produced by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and also contact the Association for Counselling at Work.
