'To increase confidence - by investing in mental
health awareness training for line managers and other staff'
Investing in mental health awareness training demonstrates that you, as an employer, support your staff in this area of concern, and will also enhance the delivery of your business and the service you provide. Workways, which runs MINDFUL EMPLOYER, offers practical, competitively-priced workshops, designed to increase awareness of mental health among your managers and staff. Our workshops are led by facilitators who will help equip your employees with the tools and knowledge to confidently address workplace issues. We charge by group not per participant and find that a maximum of 15 people per workshop provides the best learning experience. These workshops can be adapted to suit your requirements and are delivered at your premises. Do please contact us to discuss.
